PN 214----School reopening - Parents Survey

Parents,

             Greetings from Sunrise English Private School. Please note the following-

1] This Parents survey is conducted to understand your preference for your child's studies as we commence classes after summer vacation from 29th August, 2021.  

2] Two Options are currently offered - Face-to-Face Learning or Distance Learning. 

3] You are kindly requested to complete the survey latest by 12th of August,2021.

4] FTF will be offered as a daily learning model or on a blended learning model (where students will be attending school on two days of the week). (Blended learning Model will depend upon the no. of students opted for FTF)  

5] Transport services will be provided on these days and will be chargeable as per the ADEK approved transport fees.

6] The school authorities will revert back with the reopening details by 24th August, 2021
