Sunrise English Private School is pleased to announce that the GRAND FINALE of the 'Mental Mathematics Competition' will be held by the 'Mathlete Club' on 22nd of June ,2023(Thursday) for the students of Grade 1 to 5 during the school hours.
The main aim of this competition is to gain and develop interest in Mathematics. It provides an opportunity to solve maximum calculations in stipulated time.The student optimizes his/her Mental Calculation skills to achieve speed and greater level of accuracy.
It also develops competitive attitude at an early age and prepares foundation for future competitive examinations
Refer the details of the competition:
1. The competition is made up of two qualifier rounds and a Grand Finale.
2. All students(from grades 1 to 5) will participate in the first round.
3. The second round will also serve as the qualifier round.
4. The syllabus will cover the fundamental concepts of Mathematics, mainly topics from their textbooks.
5. The question type asked will be MCQ's, oral and written which they have to solve within stipulated time.
DATES FOR THE COMPETITION:
FIRST ROUND- 20-06-2023 ( TUESDAY)
SECOND ROUND-21-06-2023( WEDNESDAY)
GRAND FINALE- 22-06-2023 ( THURSDAY)
