We are excited to inform you that Ahalia Medical Group has invited the students of Sunrise English Private School to participate in their "Mental Health Pledge" competition as part of their observance of World Mental Health Day. This competition provides an excellent opportunity to express your commitment to positive mental health and contributes to raising awareness about this important aspect of well-being.
Competition Details:-
Form of Pledge: Your entry should be in the form of a pledge, emphasizing your commitment to positive mental health practices.
Inclusion of Behaviors: Your pledge should include positive mental health behaviors, such as getting adequate sleep, maintaining a balanced diet, and managing screen time.
Word Limit: Entries should not exceed 250 words, encouraging you to be concise and impactful in your message.
Originality: Your pledge should be in your own words, and copying from other sources will not be considered.
Avoid Personal References: Please refrain from including personal references such as your name, school name, family, etc., as the pledge should be universally relatable.
Submission Deadline: All pledges must be submitted on or before September 30th to be considered.
