Sunrise English Private School is conducting "La Carte Postale"[Post Card Making Competition] for the students of Grade 9 on 26/10/2023.The competition is organized by the FRENCH Department with
the intention to improve creativity and enhance language skills.French is a Roman language with around 220 million French speakers worldwide. About 45% of modern English words are of French origin. Along with English, French remains an influential language in the diplomatic world."POST CARD MAKING" competition is a means to open a birds eye view on French literature and its authors. It also develops the wide perception about the works inculcating the reading literary works with inter- linked development in creativity and description.
Objective:
• To analyse writing skills and proficiency in French Literature.
• To understand the development of language, vocabulary in French
• To Re-discover enhance their creative and innovative thinking in the French language. Outcomes: The students will be able to • Widen their horizon in the knowledge of French literature.
CONDUCT AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION
1. Grade 9 students are eligible to participate in this competition.
2. Duration: 40 Minutes .
3. Participants must complete the task within the limited time.
4. Students should bring materials like chart paper to make Postcards and colouring materials to
design the pictures in the front side of the postcard.
5. Learn the content of the letter to write in the post card.
6. It will be judged on the basis of colour expression, creativity, Innovative skills and overall
presentation.
7. Participants should fill the Acknowledgement form and mail it by 24.10.2023
