Abu Dhabi Samskarika Vedhi, a reputed and well known expatriates' association in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi formed Twenty one year back in association with Abu Dhabi Malayali Samajam. For the past Twenty years, we have been working among the Malayali community in Abu Dhabi and our home state by conducting socio- cultural activities and charity programs to help the needy people in the UAE and our home state.
In connection with Indian Republic day, we are conducting a Drawing & Coloring Competition on 28th January Sunday 9.30 AM at Shining Star International School, Shabiya 12, Mussafah , Abu Dhabi. We humbly request you to circulate the below google Form, and Rules to the parents/Students.
Rules for Painting and Drawing Competitions:
Categories:
Age 4-7: Colouring Competition (Crayons/Colouring Pencils)
Age 8-12: Drawing & Painting
Age 13-18: Drawing & Painting
Age Calculation:
Age will be determined as of the 28th of January 2024.
Event Schedule:
Registration begins at 9.30 am, with the competition starting at 10:45 am on 28th January, 2024, Sunday.
Competition Duration:
One hour allocated for the Colouring Competition.
One and a half hours allocated for the Drawing and painting competitions.
Materials:
Only drawing sheets/colouring paper will be provided at the venue.
Participants must bring their own colouring and drawing materials.
Participants are free to choose their preferred painting media.
Age Verification:
A copy of Emirates ID/Passport is required for age verification.
Exhibition:
Drawings/paintings will be exhibited at the venue.
Recognition:
Certificates will be provided to all participants.
Mementos will be awarded to the winners in each category.
