As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the overall well-being of our students, Sunrise English Private School is conducting the Student Well-being and School Life Survey for Grades 6–12.
The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of students' experiences, feelings, and behaviors in areas such as personal life, academic life, social interactions, emotional well-being, coping strategies, and use of social media. The information collected will help the school identify areas where students feel supported and areas where additional guidance or resources may be needed.
The survey consists of multiple-choice questions answered on a 5-point scale (Strongly Agree → Strongly Disagree / Always → Never) and a few optional open-ended questions.
All responses are confidential and will only be used to improve student well-being and the overall school environment.
There are no right or wrong answers, and we kindly request students to respond honestly based on their own experiences.
We encourage both parents and students to take this initiative seriously, as your cooperation will greatly help us in creating a positive and supportive school environment.
