Implementation of RFID cards for School Transportation

Respected Parents,

                             Greetings! 

We are planning to have an alert notification of your child's pick-up & drop location & time as part of our innovative service. We would like you to monitor this alert messages & inform us of your satisfaction. The app is named as "MY SAFE TRAVEL" and is available in Android phones – Play Store and IOS phones – App Store. The User ID and OTP to access the application will be sent after a week by text and email to your registered Mobile no and  email ID respectively. 

Kindly Note:

• All the students have been given the School Id card. However the Transportation card is an additional one which can use for the alerts to the parents.
• Ensure the cards (School ID card and the Transportation card) are with you always coming and going to and from school. This is the responsibility of each student.
• Don't write anything on the ID card, as it is having a unique number for the reference.
• Cards should be punched on the device in the bus while boarding and departing the bus to and from school.
  
• If you lost the ID card, you need to pay for the replacement of the card.
• Also while applying for TC you need to submit it to school transport department for the NOC.
  
• Further information will be mailed after few days.
