Talent Hunt: Logo Designing Competition

Respected Parents,

                      Greetings! 

 We are inviting creative and innovative Logo Designs for CBSE UAE Cluster Kho-Kho Championship 2018 to be held in October at Sunrise English Private School. If your ward is interested he/she can design an attractive logo and submit it to the school on or before Wednesday, 12 September 2018. The best logo will be selected by the School and the designer will get a special prize and appreciation in the School Assembly.

 

The logo should be recognizable and help promote the event.  Please read below for more details regarding logo design, contest rules, guidelines & submission requirements.

• This is an invitation for the submission of logo designs  CBSE UAE Cluster Kho-Kho Championship 2018.
• All entries must be the designer's original work. Plagiarism is not tolerated.
• Only our school students are allowed to participate in this competition.
• Students can use advanced software applications as well as paper drawing for the art work. 
• Students can submit multiple designs as they are variations of one design. 
• Entries can be emailed to school@seps-auh.com with the Subject Reference 
  • • Logo Contest for submission. 
• If you are submitting  via email, the attachment should be in JPG/JPEG/PNG, not larger than file size of 25MB.
• If you are submitting the hard copy, you can submit it to the sports room.
• For identifying the designer, students must write their Name, Class, Division and GR Number anywhere in the layout, otherwise the entry will be discarded.
• The Logo Designs will be evaluated on the following criteria: 

1.     Clarity of message related to  CBSE UAE Cluster Kho-Kho Championship 2018
2.     Visual impact 
3.     Concept prompting 
4.     Ease of reproduction  (on website and documents) 

• The Selected Logo will be published in the School Website and Facebook once it is selected.
• Winning artwork becomes the property of Sunrise English Private School, for use and/or modification in promotional literature and materials for the event.
• Color: There are no limitations and any colors may be used. However, logo must look good in color (if any) or black and white.
• Integrity: Logos cannot contain copyrighted material. Logos must have been created and edited by the contestant(s). 
• The winning entry will be selected by a panel comprised of officials in the School under the supervision of Principal. Their decision will be final and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
• Please respect copyrights of other artists. If you copy an image, illustration, photo or icon from a book, website, CD/DVD or other source without permission (assume you DON'T unless it is expressly given) you are infringing copyrights of someone else's work. Please make your own, based on  the idea that inspired you. 
• Entries that do not meet these requirements will be deleted from the contest.
