Parents and Students,
Please note that in school PCR testing for all students is scheduled on 14th June, 2022 for KG and Grade 1-12 Students.
Parents are requested to submit the below mentioned documents to the respective class teachers before 10.06.2022, if not submitted during the testing done in MAY 2022.
Kindly find the below mentioned documents which need to be submitted, if not submitted during the last testing.
1. For children less than 12 years:
-Emirates ID copy
-Mobile no registered with Al hosn app
-COVID 19 vaccination card(if vaccinated)
- preferred PCR testing method: Saliva /Nasal swab
-CONSENT FORM(attached in email)
2. For children>12 years
Emirates ID copy
- Mobile no registered with Al hosn app
- COVID 19 vaccination card(if vaccinated)
- CONSENT FORM(attached in email)
PLEASE NOTE;
Students who do not have consent from their parent/legal guardian will not be eligible to get tested for the in-school PCR testing.
