The Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has mandated that all students from Grade 3 to 9 participate in an external assessment.Sunrise English Private School has chosen ACER IBT as the required assessment as per the National Agenda Parameter for Abu Dhabi and UAE.
1. The ACER exam will be conducted online(as per the instructions by ADEK) and scheduled as per the attachment during the month of November 2022 during the school hours.
2. The assessment will be for English, Mathematics and Science and will be conducted during school hours as per the attached schedule.
3. All students must participate including the students who have not paid yet.The payment will be collected along with school fees.
4. No additional preparations are required for the exam.
5. Students are requested to bring TAB or LAPTOP only for the exam which should be fully charged.Charger also should be brought along with the device.(TAB or LAPTOP devices will support the exam).
WIFI Connectivity will be provided by the school.
6. Please note the exam is of 1 hour duration-each subject and break time will be given in between.
7. Students can carry notebooks and textbooks for the 8th and 9th period time table on the particular date of exam.
8. Students are not allowed to carry the device other than the date specified in the attachment. Exams will be conducted strictly as per the attached schedule only.
