PN 507--Annual Sports meet schedule for Grade 1,2 and 3

Respected Parents,

                                The Annual Sports meet for students of Grade-1, 2 and 3 will be conducted in the School premises during normal school hours. 

The details of the Preliminary Selection and Finals are as follows:

·        Selection for Grade -1 ( 7^th February 2023)

·        Selection for Grade-2 ( 8^th February  2023)

·        Selection for Grade-3 ( 9^th February  2023)

·        SEMI FINALS and FINALS for Grade-1 ( 13^th February  2023)

·        SEMI FINALS and FINALS for Grade-2 ( 14^th February  2023)

·        SEMI FINALS and FINALS for Grade-3 ( 15^th February  2023)

·        Students should be in sports uniform on the Preliminary , Semi-finals and Finals days

·        The events will be held separately for boys and girls.

·        Selection will be conducted house wise.

·        Based on the performance 1^st , 2^nd  and 3^rd position will be qualified for the  Semi-finals

Acknowledgement from the parent is compulsory for the participation.Please fill in the following details of your ward if you are interested in allowing your ward to participate and submit it by 30.01.2023.
