Greetings! We are glad to inform you that the English Canterbury Club – Secondary Section is conducting Recitation Competition for students of grade 6 to 9 and 11 on October 26,2023.
Poetry is the rhythmical creation of beauty in words and reciting a poem is the best way to build confidence in children and it gives an opportunity to develop their public speaking skills. It also helps to build students' fluency, self- confidence and motivation.
Kindly refer to the rules and regulations/acknowledgment.
RULES OF THE COMPETITION
1.Students of Grades 6 to 9 and 11 are eligible to participate in this competition.
2. Duration: 3 Minutes for each student.
3.Interested participants can send the acknowledgement given below latest by October 23, 2023 to respective English Teachers.
4.Participants must complete the task within the limited time.
5.It will be judged on the basis of clarity, creativity, pronunciation and overall presentation.
