PN 464---Circular: Approved Online Learning Classes- (31st, August 2026-4th Sep 2026)

Respected Parents and Students, 

Greetings from Sunrise English Private School LLC OPC Mussafah!A warm welcome to all our students and parents after a refreshing and rejuvenating summer vacation. We hope everyone has returned well-rested, happy and ready for the second term of the current academic year.

This is to inform you that, due to the ongoing strengthening work in the A Block, permission has been granted by ADEK for the school to reopen after the summer vacation in online mode for one week, from Monday, 31 August to Friday, 4 September 2026 for all classes from KG-Grade 12.

Online Learning Schedule

Online classes will be conducted through the usual Zoom/Google Classroom platforms and will follow the regular school timetable.

Classes	Monday – Thursday	Friday
Grades 1–12	7:20 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.	7:20 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
KG	7:20 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.	7:20 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Important Instructions for Online Classes

1. Attendance is mandatory for all students in every period.
2. Period-wise attendance will be recorded by the respective subject teachers.
3. Students are expected to join each class on time and remain actively engaged throughout the session.
4. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards have access to a suitable device and a stable internet connection to participate effectively in the online classes.
5. Students must follow the regular school timetable and maintain appropriate discipline, decorum and online classroom etiquette throughout the sessions.
6. Students must wear the regular school uniform during all online classes and maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

Resumption of On-Campus Classes

Regular on-campus classes will resume from Monday, 7 September 2026, as per the normal school schedule.

We appreciate your continued cooperation and support as we facilitate a smooth and uninterrupted start to the new academic year. We look forward to welcoming our students back to the campus very soon.
