Respected Parents,

                           Greetings! The submission of documents of your ward (KG 1 sibling category) has to be done on 27th November,2017 between 9.00 am-11.00 am. Timings and the date given should be strictly followed.

You are requested to submit the listed documents mentioned below for the KG-1 admission 2018-2019:-

 Kindly bring both hard copy and a soft copy of the listed documents (jpeg/pdf format less than 1 MB for each scanned document) saved in an USB drive

1.Passport Size Photograph ( 2)

2.Application Form (Attached with the mail)

3. Student's Passport Copy (Front Page, Visa Page & Last page)

4. Father's Passport Copy (Front Page, Visa Page & Last page)

5.Mother's Passport Copy (Front Page, Visa Page & Last page)

6. Siblings passport copy (Front Page, Visa Page & Last page)

7.Student's Emirates ID Copy

8.Father's Emirates ID Copy

9.Mother's Emirates ID Copy

10.Student's Health Insurance Copy

11.Student's Attested Birth Certificate Copy

12.Student's Vaccination Record Copy

13.Water & Electricity Bill or Tenancy Contract Copy

Kindly fill the application form attached herewith and submit it along with the valid documents. Handwritten forms are not acceptable.

Admissions are registered only if the above mentioned requirements are submitted on the given date and time of submission.
