Picnic Instructions - 18/11/2017[ Grade 6-12]

Respected Parents,
                                       Greetings! Please note the following details regarding the picnic for Girls (6 to 8) & (9 to 12) on 18/11/2017 at Motion Gate, Dubai and IMG World, Dubai respectively.

 

In this regard, please note the following:

1) All students residing in Abu Dhabi will be picked up from Madinat Zayed Post Office at 7.00 a.m. and students residing in and around Musaffah (except Abu Dhabi) should be dropped at School by 7.30 a.m.

2) All students must wear PHE uniform along with their ID Card.

3) Lunch will be provided for the children.

4) Parents can contact the class teacher on their mobile for further clarification.

5) Children residing in and around Musaffah (except Abu Dhabi) will be dropped back at school around 7.00 p.m.

6)  Children residing in Abu Dhabi will be dropped back at Madinat Zayed Post Office around 7.30 p.m.
