Books distribution-20-21 April,2020

Respected Parents,

                               Please note the following points regarding book distribution scheduled on 

20-21 April,2020.

1) Kindly be informed that we have received an approval from ADEK to distribute books for the academic year 2020-2021 with assistance of Careem driver.

2)Kindly note that the books will be delivered to each parent who have paid the tuition fees and book fees for the 1st term of the academic year 2020-2021 as on 15.04.2020.

3) NO PARENT IS ALLOWED TO APPROACH THE SCHOOL TO COLLECT THE BOOKS.

 

4) The Careem drivers will begin delivering the books from 20th April 2020 and contact parents for the delivery of books as per the address and contact number provided in the parents portal

and finish delivering the books latest by 21.04.2020 evening.

5) Please refrain from calling or sending emails to the School or to the Class Teacher with regard to book distribution. 

6) All parents are requested to be patient and we highly appreciate your cooperation with the School in this regard. 

7) Please note that 12 Dirhams will be charged to parents in Second term fees for the delivery of books.Please do not pay any amount to the Careem Driver.
