Transport registration form (2020-2021) [Grade 6 to 12]

Parents,

               Please note the following

1)Please note that parents are requested to fill the attached Transport registration form and the undertaking in word document only if they wish to avail the school transport from 30.08.2020. 

2) As informed we are planning to ensure that students of Grade 6-12 return back to school in September, 2020 as per ADEK Private School Reopening Policies and Guidelines document received on  02.07.2020

3) Please note that your duly filled registration form details will assist us in planning and working out the School Transport arrangements accurately and systematically.

4) Please email the Transport registration form and the undertaking form to jobi@seps-auh.com latest by 12.07.2020.
