Important notifications- 29/08/2020

Respected Parents,

                                We thank our parents for the support and cooperation rendered in our school development programs and initiatives launched by the school from time to time for the all round development of our students. Please note the following points thoroughly-

1]Please note that Grade 1-12 students will have E learning classes from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm daily from 30th August,2020. Parents are requested to note the timings carefully. Refer the Orientation slides presented on 27.08.2020 in the attachment.

2] E learning class timings.

Assembly	8.00 am-8.10 am
FIRST PERIOD	8.10 am-9.00 am
SECOND PERIOD	9.00 am-9.50 am
BREAK	9.50 am- 10.15 am
THIRD PERIOD	10.15 am -11.05 am
FOURTH PERIOD	11.05 am to 11.55 am
BREAK	11.55 am – 12.20 noon
FIFTH PERIOD	12.20 noon– 1.00 pm

3] Please note that late entry for the class is not permitted.

4] Students are expected to be dressed neatly in school uniform and as per school code and conduct policy. Students are expected to keep the camera on for all the classes. 

Any student who does not follow this requirement will be withdrawn from the class immediately without anuy notification.

5] Taking photos, videos or recording and sharing it through WhatsApp, Instagram  or any other social media is considered as offensive as per international privacy regulations and school cyber bullying policy.    

6] Videos, links, assignments, tasks, PPTs, Study notes, worksheets, etc. will be uploaded in the parents portal from time to time and Students are expected to refer to the same . Students must complete the assignments, activities, tasks ,worksheets, etc. on time as specified by the  respective subject teachers. 

7] Parents  are  expected to email the class teacher an absentee email latest by 7.45 am mentioning the name of student,Grade/Section and reason of absence as and when the student is absent for the class.
