Revised Books distribution details

Parents,

                Refer the attachments containing Pending books distribution date and timings -Which has to be strictly followed by parents. Parents are expected to follow the timings mentioned in the attachment.

Please note-

1] Sibling Parents of Kg1 to Grade 12 will come according to Uniform Schedule dates & Collect Text Books from stores. A separate email has been sent for inform collection

2] Other Parents will collect Textbooks as per the distribution dates mentioned in the attachment.

Parents Responsibilities:

· All parents must wear appropriate Gloves & Masks. Parents who fail to wear gloves and mask will not be allowed to enter the school premises.

·  All parents must undergo temperature screening near the school entry. If your temperature is high (More than 37.5 C) the school security will not allow you to enter the school premises.

·  Stay home if you feel sick or if you had contact with someone sick.

·  All parents are encouraged to follow instruction from school staff members.

·  Always maintain a social distance of 2 meters from others.

·  All parents must sanitize their hands before entering the school premises.

·  All parents must report to school on the informed date and time.

·  Dispose of the used mask, gloves in the designated waste bins if required.

·  Gathering with others is strictly not permitted.

·  All Parents are requested to use the designated School gate --- GATE NUMBER -1 ONLY
