PN 134---GUIDELINES FOR TRACING DETAILS OF CLOSE CONTACT WITH COVID POSITIVE CASE

 

Respected Teachers,

                                     Please refer to the protocols which are to be followed by the class teachers for tracing the details of close contact with  COVID POSITIVE  students.

 

FOR  CLOSE CONTACT WITH COVID POSITIVE CASE:-

 1) Fill the contact tracing form.(Attached in the email)

 2) Fill the  direct contact details in the attached excel sheet.(Attached in the email)

 

GUIDELINES FOR TRACING DIRECT CONTACT DETAILS;

 

  FOR BELOW 12YEARS :

        Mention all the students name, emirates id number, and contact number.

 

  FOR  ABOVE 12YEARS:

        Mention the details of student names, emirates id number, and contact number who are sitting within 1 meter distance in the classroom.

  

Requesting you to submit these details within 7hours from the time of positive case identified.

 

Kindly Note:

  ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AFTER COVID POSITIVE : 

           Students should enter with 2 negative  reports and a quarantine completion  certificate.

            Class teachers should ensure that the student meets the above requirements when  returning back to school after being infected with COVID 19.
