PN 73---PCR testing for Students

 

Parents and Students,

                                

                       Please note that in school PCR testing for all students is scheduled on Monday- 16.05.2022 for Grade 1-7 Students and for Grade 8-12 Students on Friday-20.05.2022.Parents are requested to submit the below mentioned documents to the respective class teachers before 13.05.2022.Kindly find the below mentioned documents which need to be submitted by all students.

 

   1. For children less than 12 years:

               -Emirates ID copy

               -Mobile no registered with Al hosn app

               -COVID 19 vaccination card(if vaccinated)

               - preferred PCR testing method: Saliva /Nasal swab

               -CONSENT FORM(attached in email)

 

2.  For children>12 years

                    Emirates ID copy

                   - Mobile no registered with Al hosn app

                   - COVID 19 vaccination card(if vaccinated)               

                   - CONSENT FORM(attached in email)

 

PLEASE NOTE;

Students who do not have consent from their parent/legal guardian will not be eligible to get tested for the in-school PCR testing.
