How Does Psychometric Career Assessment work?
Psychometric Career Assessment maps a student's interest based on the RIASEC theory providing insight on which career shall be able to keep him/her interested and motivated. RIASEC stands for Realistic (Doers), Investigative (Thinkers), Artistic (Creators), Social (Helpers), Enterprising (Persuaders), and Conventional (Organizers). It is a representation of occupational interest based on personality type as formulated by psychologist John L. Holland. This test report will map out a student's interest type and provide suggestions on which career sector he/she can flourish.
Greetings!School, in collaboration with Allen Career Institute Overseas, UAE, is conducting a Psychometric Career Assessment for the students of grade 6 to 12. This test will help students understand their inherent interests and enable them to decide his/her stream for further studies. It'll help students understand the core strengths of their personality and level of effort required to harness a particular skill to succeed in a desired field of specialization. The careful study of the report and proper counselling will increase students' likelihood of being more successful and content in their career.

This assessment is optional and free of cost. The students, who have already registered for TAllentex test in November 2022, can collect the Allen Form number from their class teacher to access the link for Psychometric Career Assessment shown below.
