PN 243--International yoga day -Grade 3-12

Respected Parents and Students,                                                         Sunrise English Private School Sports Department is proudly conducting yoga competition in accordance with International Yoga Day on June-21st2023.Yoga helps in the development of stronger physical and mental well-being. The simple yoga kriyas help in regaining the sense of control and enable the mind and body to provide tools for better management of anxiety due to situations beyond control. Students  are requested to send the videos to their respective PE Teachers on or before FRIDAY  16/06/2023. Refer to the attachment containing the guidelines, rules and regulations.  1.
