Participate with us in the comprehensive school screening campaign for your children. Hand in hand we strive for a healthy and safe school community. Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS), an Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) Healthcare System Facility, aims to assess the student's health status by conducting the comprehensive preventive screening in order to detect any health problem early. This program aims to assess the health status of the student enrolled in Grade 1, 5 and 9.
The following screening will cover the below examinations:
· Physical Examinations
· Vision test
· Hearing test
· Complete blood count
· Dental examination
· Screening for body mass index
The health care team consists of physicians, dentists, qualified nurses, dental assistants and laboratory technicians. Following the medical examination, any child with abnormal test results will receive an official report card addressed to his/her parent/guardian, and an appointment will be set for the child with one of the specialist physicians in one of the AHS clinics.
NOTE:
· The services shall be provided for a fee of AED 200/ for each student.
· All healthcare services will be free for Thiqa card holders.
· We will send the consent form with your child, please fill and send it back along with a copy of Emirates ID (front and back).
