PN 1067-----Orientation and Books distribution date - Grade 11 students [2025/2026]

All the parents are expected to refer to the email thoroughly. 

Respected Parents,

Please note the following -

1. Orientation for students of Grade 11 [2025/2026] will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 as per the below schedule-

Orientation and Books Distribution for 2025 – 2026

		Books Distribution	11:15 – 11:45 AM
SATURDAY, April 05,2025	Grade 11 Girls	Orientation	11:15 AM – 12:15 Noon
		Books Distribution	12:15 Noon – 12:45 Noon

 2. After the orientation, books will be distributed on the assembly ground. Books will be distributed only after the conclusion of the Orientation session. 

 3. Please note that it's absolutely mandatory for parents to attend the orientation and collect the books as per the schedule.

 4. Parents are hereby informed to pay the first term fees and book fees for 2025/2026 , if not paid till now by March 25,2025. 

5. Please note that the fees counter will not be operational on the date of the orientation and book distribution.

6. Please note that books will be distributed only to those parents who have paid fees by March 25,2025, 

7. Students of Grade 11 will have regular classes from April 7,2025 

School timings -7.20 AM to 2.20 PM
