Greetings! We are pleased to inform you that our annual Parent Survey and bi-annual Student Survey will be launched on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Your cooperation is crucial for a successful administration.
يسرنا هنا أن نعلمكم عن موعد إطلاق الاستبانة السنوية لأولياء الأمور والاستبانة الدورية للطلبة للعام الدراسي 2017 وذلك في يوم الأحد الموافق 16 ابريل للعام 2017، وإن تعاونكم معنا ذو أهمية قصوى من أجل نجاح تطبيق هذه الاستبانات..

Section 1: Parent Survey

Section 3: Survey Administration
القسم 3: تطبيق الاستبانة
· The school will be responsible of disseminating the survey details. Therefore, please distribute the surveys links and login details to ALL parents and the targeted students in your school.
· ستقوم المدرسة بتوزيع معلومات الدخول لجميع أولياء الأمور والفئة المستهدفة من الطلبة. وذلك يتضمن الروابط الالكترونية ورقم المدرسة وكلمة المرور المذكورة أعلاه.
· It is preferable to encourage parents and targeted students to complete the survey before Ramadan.
· If the parent has more than one child in the school, then it is preferable to fill the survey for the eldest child.
· The parents can fill the survey at home/work or at the school premises.
· يفضل تشجيع أولياء الأمور والطلبة على استكمال الاستبانة قبل بدء الشهر الفضيل
· في حال كان لولي الأمور أكثر من ابن\ابنة في نفس المدرسة، فيفضل تعبئة الاستبانة مرة واحدة وذلك لأكبر ابن\ابنة لديه.
· يستطيع ولي الأمر تعبئة الاستبانة في المنزل أو العمل أو في مبنى المدرسة.
· All parents and targeted students will access the survey using the same login details. That is, there is no unique username and password for each participant.
· يتم الدخول للاستبانتين من خلال رقم المدرسة وكلمات المرور الموضحة أعلاه، ولا يوجد لهذا العام اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور خاصة بكل مستجيب.
· You can send the survey information through SMS or printed letters or using any mean that will ensure achieving your target response rate
· يمكن للمدرسة توزيع معلومات الدخول عن طريقة الرسائل النصية القصيرة أو رسائل مطبوعة أو فتح مختبرات الحاسوب لأولياء الأمور والطلبة لاستكمال الاستبانة في مقر المدرسة.
· It is preferable to assign a survey coordinator in your school in order to follow-up closely with the survey progress
· يفضل تعيين منسق استبانة في المدرسة من أجل متابعة تحقق العدد المطلوب من الاستجابات.
Section 4: Survey Limitations
القسم 4: القصور التقني
· Participants can't resume the survey if they left. Therefore, they must complete the survey in one session.
· في حال توقف المستجيب عن استكمال الاستبانة فانه لا يمكن العودة لنفس السؤال لاحقاً، لذا يرجى استكمال الاستبانة في جلسة واحدة
· The survey is accessible using any portable device. However, it is NOT recommended to complete the survey using mobile phone in order to ensure the serious feedback.
· يمكن لولي الأمر والطالب استخدام الأجهزة المحمولة لتصفح موقع الاستبانة ولكنه يفضل عدم استخدام الهاتف المحمول وذلك لضمان جدية الأجوبة.
· The participants might find the survey very lengthy; however, it is crucial to get their feedback about various aspect of their children's school in order to ensure effective inspection later.
· قد يشتكي بعض أولياء الأمور و الطلبة من طول الاستبانة ولكنه من المهم استقصاء آرائهم عن مختلف الجوانب التي تؤثر على أبنائهم مما يساهم بشكل ايجابي في عمليات التفتيش المدرسي.
Section 5: Survey Follow-up
القسم 5: متابعة تطبيق الاستبانة
We will send you frequent email update about your school progress. Please use the information that will be sent to you to encourage high participation from your school
سيتم ارسال تحديث مستمر لبريدكم الالكتروني فيما يتعلق بنسبة المشاركة من مدرستكم. لذا يرجى استخدام هذه المعلومات لتشجيع أولياء الأمور والطلبة للمشاركة وإبداء آرائهم
Section 6: Results Distribution
القسم 6: إعلان نتائج الاستبانات
· It will take around two months to analyze and report the results.
· Your survey results will be published in ADEC's website. Please have a look to the previously published reports: Click Here
· Schools that don't meet the target response rate will be excluded and no reports will be generated.
· تستغرق عملية تحليل واعلان النتائج قرابة الشهرين.
· سيتم نشر النتائج على الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالمجلس. ويمكنكم الاطلاع على النتائج السابقة من خلال الرابط التالي: انقر هنا
· لن يتم نشر تقارير المدارس التي لا تحقق نسبة الاستجابة المطلوبة
Section 7: Who will access your survey results?

· Your school staff
· ADEC-HQ divisions including: the Research Office, Inspection Team and others.
· Other education stakeholders: parents, students, researchers,….etc
· أعضاء الكادر الإداري والتدريسي في مدرستكم
· موظفو المقر الرئيسي في المجلس من مثل مكتب البحوث، فريق التفتيش وغيرهم.
· كل من له علاقة بالمجال التعليمي من مثل: أولياء الأمور والطلبة وغيرهم.
Section 7: Respondents Support
القسم 8: الدعم المقدم للمشاركين
· The school will be responsible to distribute the login details to the parents and target students.
· تتحمل المدرسة مسؤولية توزيع معلومات الدخول على المشاركين.
