The surveys are accessible using the School ID and a password that can be used by all parents and students in your school. Therefore, a method to detect any fraud is required in order to ensure the reliability of the completed surveys.
The Research Office will deploy the following techniques to detect fraud: 1- Selected parents at your school will be contacted randomly to check if they have received an invitation to participate and they completed the survey. 2- The sequence of recording responses (i.e. time and duration) from your school will be monitored. 3- The statistical reliability score of your school sample will be calculated. | يتطلب الدخول للاستبانات رقم المدرسة وكلمة المرور التي تم ارسالها إليكم سابقاً ومن خلاله سيتمكن جميع أولياء الأمور والطلبة من المشاركة في الاستبانة، لذا يتوجب على مكتب البحوث رصد أية مخالفات قد تقع في مرحلة تطبيق الاستبانات لضمان مصداقية الاستجابات المسجلة.
سيتم تطبيق الآليات التالية من قبل مكتب البحوث لرصد أية مخالفات تتعلق بتطبيق الاستبانة:
1- سيتم التواصل مع بعض أولياء الأمور في مدرستكم بشكل عشوائي والاستفسار عن ما إذا تم التواصل معهم بشأن الاستبانة وقد قاموا فعلياً بالاستجابة. 2- سيتم مراقبة طريقة تسجيل الاستجابات على النظام من خلال الوقت والمدة الزمنية المستغرقة لاستكمال الاستبانة. 3- سيتم حساب درجة المصداقية الاحصائية للعينة التي استجابت من مدرستكم.

Schools that don't pass the above criteria will be contacted for further investigation and the ADEC management will be informed about any violation.
Your cooperation is vital to ensure the success of the administration phase of these important surveys which will allow us to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the Abu Dhabi education system.
| في حال رصد أية مخالفة من خلال الآلية المتبعة سيتم التواصل مع المدارس المخالفة للتحقق من المخالفة وسيتم إعلام إدارة المجلس لاتخاذ اللازم.
