SUNRISE STUDENTS MUST TAKE PART.   Students,  History Diaries brings for students the following student workshops and inter-school competitions for the month of May.   Student Workshops   Zentangle Bookmark Art Workshop 21 May 2021   Zentangle art is miniature pieces of unplanned, abstract, black, and white art created through a very specific method from an ensemble of simple, structured patterns called Zen Patterns which are not only exquisitely beautiful, but they are also fun and relaxing to create. The workshop is open to students of classes 4 - 8. It will be hosted online via Zoom. We will send you a meeting ID one day before the workshop. There is no registration fee for the workshop. The workshop is open to students of Class 7 - Class 10. It will be hosted online via Zoom. There is no registration fee for the workshop. Topics to be covered ·  Vector Graphics: Creating simple illustrations such as cartoon characters ·  3-D Animation: Creating high-quality 3D geometry such as cars Limited Seats!!   Student Registration   More Details     Inter-School Student Competition   KAHAANI Short Story Writing Competition 23rd May 2021   Topic "Where there is a will there is a way / जहाँ चाह वहां राह " Competition Guidelines ·  The competition is open for students of classes 7, 8, 9 and 10 ·  Registration closes at 7 PM on 23rd May 2021 ·  A maximum of 5 students can participate from an individual school ·  A student can either choose to write in Hindi or English ·  Word limit for the story is 750 - 1000 Words. Not adhering to the word limit may lead to disqualification ·  A student can only submit 1 story. Submitting multiple stories can lead to disqualification ·  Story shall be submitted in PDF format. Submitting multiple entries can lead to disqualification ·  The document shall be submitted in PDF format.
