PN 133--FA-1/P-1/P-2 Exams instructions

 

 

Parents and Students,                                       Kindly note the following 1. Online Assessment  will start for the grade 6-12 students from 08/06/2021   2. Please make sure your ward's computer / devices are working properly and the internet connection at home is steady.    3. The Assessments should be done only through laptop or a tablet.   4. We request parents to rectify all the technical aspects, that is to check and see the mike and camera is in working condition before the examinations begin.   5. Attendance is compulsory and No re-examination will be conducted for any student under any circumstances.   6. Refer the answer paper format to be strictly used.  Printouts to be taken - 10 copies of the mainsheet and 60 copies of the supplement sheet. Grade 6-12 Parents need to take print out of the main sheet and supplement sheet in LANDSCAPE (orientation).   7. All students should complete the examination within the stipulated time.    8. All the Exam sheets should be submitted within the stipulated time after which the responses will not be accepted.   9. We request all students to be honest and sincere while appearing for the online examination.   10. Please note that the notebooks and textbooks must be placed in other room at the time of examination   11. Parents are not allowed to sit with their ward or help them during the examination.    12. Recording will be done of all assessment tests by the teachers.   13. Any malpractice done during the assessment will be noticed through the recording and students will be given ZERO marks in case they follow any unfair means    14. Camera should be kept switched on, all through the Examination time. If any camera is switched off during the examination, it will be considered as a malpractice. And the student will be marked absent and no marks will be given to the student for that particular subject. Most important the student's face should be clearly visible to the teacher throughout the class. Students are expected to ensure that the brightness of the device used for attending the class is properly maintained  15. Students are expected to be dressed neatly in school uniform and behave properly for E learning classes as per school uniform/ code and conduct policy. NO SWEATERS TO BE WORN DURING THE DL CLASSES.
