PN 132--Distance learning classes Rules and regulations

 

 

Students and Parents,                                     Please note that time and again we are informing the rules and regulations for the distance learning classes .We expect all our students to follow the same strictly with effect from 1st June 2021-  1] Students are expected to use their home internet with a purpose and in a responsible manner.   2]  Legal use of E –learning platform must be followed and maintained by the students as per the policy in a rational way.   3] Taking photos, videos or recording and sharing it through WhatsApp or any other social media is considered as offensive as per international privacy regulations and school cyber bullying policy.     4] Students are expected to be dressed neatly in school uniform and behave properly for E learning classes as per school uniform/ code and conduct policy. NO SWEATERS TO BE WORN DURING THE DL CLASSES. COMPLETE UNIFORM MUST BE  WORN BY ALL THE STUDENTS.    5] Students need to take an active approach to learning if they are to be successful learners. Consequently students need to be involved in discussions, be prepared to speak out, develop solutions, and work within the guidelines provided.   6] The camera should be kept on throughout the class. In case the camera is switched off, the student will be withdrawn from the class immediately. Most important the student's face should be clearly visible to the teacher throughout the class. Students are expected to ensure that the brightness of the device used for attending the class is properly maintained    7] Reporting for the online class on time is mandatory. If students are late for the class, teachers will not admit the students for the class. Students are expected to be punctual and sharp on time for all the classes.   8] Unauthorised absence and uninformed absence is strictly discouraged. we expect students to attend all the classes regularly everyday.   9] Parents are requested to notify the class teacher via email, in case any student is absent for the classes.   10] Please note that students are expected to attend all the 6 periods daily. Any absence for a single class will result in students being marked absent for the day.    11] It is absolutely mandatory to have a trimmed haircut for all the boys.
