Sunrise English Private School, endeavors to inculcate aesthetic and literary interests among students and foster reading habits in them. With this intention, the school has implemented a reading corner in every classroom. We earnestly request you to support us in this effort by sending books/magazines both fiction and non-fiction which could be used for this noble cause. The books thus given shall be maintained in the shelves of the reading corner in the classroom and would be shared by the students of the respective class.
We intensely believe that in resultant of all the striving efforts put forth to instill a love for reading, a day will dawn when every student of Sunrise would reminisce the winsome words of Charles William Eliot, who said "Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers." Consequently our students would be proficient and well accomplished book lovers who would proclaim loudly to the world that "Books are a uniquely portable magic."
