PN 285---Precautionary measures by the school authorities

Parents,

                This is to bring to your notice and attention that we have had several students complaining of vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhea in the last few days.Students have been receiving Doctor's treatment for the same. Please note that the school has taken several precautionary measures in this regard-

1. The water supply from the coolers  has been discontinued with effect from 28/09/2022 morning itself as a precautionary measure.

2. Students are being provided with Mineral Water for drinking purposes from 28/09/2022 morning. 

3. The water tank was cleaned up by a professional company on 28/09/2022.The school authorities ensure that the water tank is cleant up every 6 months by professional company. 

4. Samples of water have been sent to the laboratory for purity check. We are awaiting the report.

5. The school authorities are giving utmost importance to the health and safety of all the students. 

6. All the necessary steps are taken to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the Classrooms and washrooms. We have instructed our support staff to follow up on the cleanliness aspects more minutely and thoroughly.

7. As cases of students being unwell were reported to us, we have emailed ADEK and DOH all the complete details of the students who are unwell as well as the follow up steps taken by the school authorities. Officials from ADEK and DOH visited the school on 29.09.2022.
