Reminder-Private Transport services

Respected Parents,

                                    The school would like to thank our parents for their continues 

support and co-operation in all our endeavors. We take utmost care for 

the safety and security of your ward in all aspects.

As per the Executive Regulation for organizing the school transport 

service in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, the School will not allow Private

Transport buses to Transport students to and fro to school from 

immediate effect.

Transporting students by Private transport bus is illegal and unauthorized.

                        The school will have to notify ADEK and DOT, the details of all students using 

Private Transport not authorized by the school.

The DOT is  initiating  strict action for transportation of students by 

buses operated by private companies.

Please ignore this mail,in case your ward does not avail Private Transport.

Exam timings-Grade 1 to 12-Reminder

Respected Parents,

                              The Half yearly/P-2 Examination will commence from 08^th October 2017. In this regard, please note the following points.

 

1).School Timing from 08/10/2017 to 17/10/2017: (07.30 a.m. – 11.45 a.m.)

                                          (For K.G. to Grade XII)

Reporting Time                   :           07.20 a.m.

Dispersal Time                    :           11.45 a.m.

2). Any child coming late will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. ( Parents of Grade  I to XII will not be allowed to collect the students before 11.45 a.m.)

3). Please note timing for Private Transport and Own Transport Students.

a.Walking /cycling students – 11.35 a.m.

b. Own transport  Students  – 11.55 a.m.

4). As per the CBSE Notification, it is mandatory for all students to appear in the half yearly and final Examination.  If a student is absent on the grounds of medial reason, the parents should inform the Principal immediately and present the Medical Certificate.  We will strictly follow the CBSE guidelines in such matter.
